I wouldn't blame the govt. shutdown on this lackluster performance from CANB. Big boards are mula green since crash on Christmas eve. Something isn't adding up here though. I thought this week was going to be start of monster run. I have my lotto tickets in case this ever decides to run like it should. GLTA.
