- Numbmonk, further to the article link that you shared about an initiative in Virginia to introduce courses that would train students to work at the Dharma Pharmaceuticals (a BLDV client) CBD plant in Bristol, Virginia, here is a news clip that I found on the same topic. I think they may be using the word potentially/possibly opening up in Bristol, Virginia in the YT clip above since the conditional approval is subject to final inspection of the processor facility by the Virginia BOP.

- The YT clip above shows how serious local governments, such as Virginia, will take these CBD facilities to the point where they are starting an initiative to modify the high school education curricula to meet the upcoming employment demands of the CBD facility. I think this YT clip demonstrates important the CBD facility is to Bristol, Virginia. As I have stated before, the win in Virginia for BLDV's client Dharma has put a lot of different stakeholder eyes on BLDV's client and BLDV.
