Every runner is "frontloaded" before any run. Technically, anyone buying at these prices are frontloading for the real run that is yet to come.
Whomever buys those shares at .01 stands to make much more profit than whomever is selling them, IMO...
Frankly, this doesn't really bother me, we needed some liquidity at this level. I had no intentions of selling any of my shares today anyway, this news was only confirmation of what we longs already knew...
