I LITERALLY fell asleep !!!!!! And is there any wonder why this great technology and obviously damn good company is stuck in the doldrums???? ANDY MARSH !!! Move him to the side and use his obvious talents but recognize that Plug has to have someone who has an understanding of how to drive the value of a company, ie. stock price. One last suggestion if you will, reduce massive expenses by cutting all the Board of Directors pay along with a fifty percent cut to the managing officers and tie the compensation back to stock options with meaningful trigger points. Give everyone some incentive !!!!!
