The shorters are going to keep pushing as much as they can until additional evidence is provided...we are all waiting to see the outcome of the litigation marked for Monday...I suspect we should see some additional PR's coming out next Tuesday indicating Q4 sales as well as the litigation results...I expect additional shares will be issued which will increase our equity and help reduce the need for debt to hold up the balance sheet equation. If you look at January 2018, the next two weeks is when the huge run occurred. Not saying it will mimic, but will be interesting to see what details emerge.
It will be an interesting snafu style, debacle to see if the court case on Monday is delayed again. Another delay could be worse than a judgement rendered, not in favor of POTN.
