Yep! Agreed. And some one had done the math previously - IF the market size for these products is $1B and the OS is 40 mil ( to keep numbers simple) the buyout pps could be $20 to any multiple of the market.

IMO - all discussions and agreements have already taken place. Just waiting for the FDA approval to pull the trigger.

Autsch, from my experience getting approvals needs a long long time much capacity and also a lot of money. If time, capacity and money are missing I don't see the approval.
