Ok let me get this straight

UBQU had a 1.34 Million share O/S

Remember when I contacted Investor Relations officer Craig Fischer and it was inferred that Hemp Life Today has been using it's stock as cash to service its debts and fund operations?

That was a couple weeks ago


I informed everyone here at the time.


Now on otcmarkets.com it shows that the O/S has INCREASED by 1.4 Million shares to 2,744,908,905 shares

The A/S is 5,000,000,000 shares so there is plenty more dilution to hit the street

Blame the CEO of this company for continuing to sell notes convertible into common shares.


I'm certain he's getting a great deal of hate mail.
