Pump on closing of their third hospital via retail being diluted to basically nothing to pay for it?!

Is the 1/10000 RS a ploy to get peeps to stay away while it reverses for an uptrend? Doubtful due to the history here over the past several years.

This ticker is doomed with the enormous overhang of OS in flippers hands, hence the reason for the RS.

Dwindling volumes shows dwindling dilution

Weak volume all day Fri, until bid/ask jump & spread late afternoon. Still trying (need?) to work the system. Could mean insiders less interested and M&Ms cleaning their shares.
