When said lawsuits are completed i hope a counter suit to citron is made

While the class action suit(s) based upon the USTPO’s final rejection of CVSI-007 haven’t been certified a derivative complaint against the company's officers and directors for alleged breaches of fiduciary duty has been filed on behalf of a shareholder by Robbins Arroyo LLP.

If the suit is won it’s gloom and doom, game over. if not defending the suit along with the bad press will be costly both in terms of legal fee’s and yet another impediment to that oh so desired 5 month and 16 day (and counting) awaited ”uplist”

Anyone familiar with the Federal civil court system already knows the likely hood of a case surviving the motion to dismiss.
Look how long it took for them to locate a lead.
btw: in house counsel is handling the case at minimal costs to cvsi.

As for the stock. When they continue to post the gloom and doom, just show them the 1 year chart below. Ask them about it and watch them hide.
