There was a countersuit against einhuas before the settlement. It's in legal documents that he admits to posting on ihub as stealofadeal/optiontrader. Could probably find it in my post history. I got everything from PACER.
The seller has protected the pps thus far with a bottom above 40 and has been able to unload much at the ask up to a point when it became too obvious to retail buyers. Posting the seller has restricted selling to 3k/day is obviously wrong. When the hedge knows there are shares to be unloaded they will keep it down until enough retail comes in re substantial revenue/contract/capital related news. The stock’s liquidity is extremely low with far too many owning /holding 1+% of the OS which is very few shares at this point. INO, the seller is doing the smart business move selling his first tranche at this level waiting on a catalyst and it’s better for all in the long run. Txhd $$$$$$$$&
