Odd that Sharp wouldn't provide the documentation to nodummy to prove Schaefer was no longer involved with GRDO.

Schaefer steps down as the CEO of his shells about once a year and appoints a puppet - and then Schaefer magically reappears as the CEO.

I suggest you do much more Research on Schaefer and Devlaeminck.

Not trying to “disparage” George - but where is he posting stuff like that? In a chat room? Private Emails to shareholders? That info has GEORGE written all over it!

How well did he vet Ron Minsky? Was he aware Minsky was involved with Schaefer for YEARS on PLFM?
And thought so highly of him?

Was George blinded by all the praise put upon him by Ron?

I met with Ron in New York City and was flattered by his overtures towards me. It is impressive that he immediately agreed to my conditions

I guess we can figure out why Ron was so agreeable and how he ended up with the 150 million shares he exchanged for preferred.




I pretty much expect the same thing to happen here with Minsky. As history tends to repeat itself with these pinkies. Switching over to another Schaefer shell was an interesting move. Was that his idea or George’s?

This is turning out a whole lot harder than George thought - that’s for sure!
Has he also made the comments about NO GUARANTEE here as well?
Or is he just going to point the finger at someone else and blame them if it fails?

Ronald Minsky was a broker at one point before he became a lawyer.

Believe he became involved with PLFM in 2012.
Have to wonder how many shares of his were cashed out there that resulted in all that dilution and a 1 for 20,000 r/s. Guess that’s why he moved over to IBGR?

Minsky's name was on the filing, and as such MINSKY authorized the disclosure. There is a factual record that Minsky began his employment with Nexus in January,

Bill’s name shows up as creator of this Sept 2018 filing.
