Demurrer's are never won. They are challenges to content within filings so the answer is no. The reason Ed filed an amended Answer is the Court sustained Maciora's Demurrer and thus allowed Ed to file an Amended Answer. I read the Answer and it's a kick ass response to Maciora's b.s. cross-complaint.
Ed just filed a Notice of Errata as Rod Z's employment agreement (Ex A) was not included in the first upload. So there it is...the bona fide employment agreement.
I think MEC will settle with Rod Z and that he'll squeal on Maciora.
My question wasn't answered man. When are we going to see the Demurrer to Ed's Answer?
