Ah, explain "scammed". I do not believe DSGT managers are scamming us. They are, I believe, doing what they must to stay alive and well.
They have made many mistakes via past financing. Hopefully they will in fact change their ways and are in line to establish a private non-dilutive source of financing. They DO need more money than current revenues provide. I think their business plan and acknowledged revenue stream (current and projected) is a reputable means to acquire such funding.
You use that word freely. I’m not upset, give it time. Company just extinguished debt, engaged an IB and has a product in demand. Go find another OTC stock to take a chance on. I’m sticking this one out.
