I can explain it. When someone buys a worthless stock and are losing money they tend to talk about "miracles" that "might" happen in hopes to getting new buyers in to make money back.

NO ONE at the company has ever mentioned a buyback. But they did file for a Reverse Split.

Avoid this scam and the lies that come with it.
