Law Suits are an indicator of Management lack of ethics, but they have little effect on the lack of profitability of this company. Look a the 10Q, the revenue does not cover the COGS. This is the start of the problem, lawsuit dollars are not in the COGS and are below the line.
They invested the money they got from investors/shareholders POORLY.
THey built a very few projects, all went bad technically and financially. They overpaid for some existing facilities that do not cover the COGS.
The Green Power ideal sucked them in and DIGESTED THEM.
Will not be long now, Debt holders are knocking at the door.
