SNS, at the right price there is opportunity everywhere.
Enrollment has been and will continue to be the key. Unless and until they get full enrollment they will not get the required approval. Speaking of enrollment, why have they not had any press since October 18,2018 when they announced the first enrollment in the ALIGN Trial? If I was the Goddess, I would be doing a press release every 10 or 25 enrollments... maybe you can have a word with her?
Do you really believe full enrollment of the FOCUS Trial by June 2019? If so, would like to hear your views.
"Actual buy out, why not early or mid 2020?" Bankruptcy, Buyout or Both, why not mid to late 2019? Look at what happened/is happening over at Synergy Pharmaceuticals... basically ran out of money and filed for bankruptcy when one of their key products started bearing fruit.
Everything is still on the table in my view... could go either way.
