Of course, tax sale week always produces bargains while shedding off the past year. The Tariffs are here to stay. The biggie for REITS was Powell suspending the continued fed raises, who wants to pay more for their loans, especially mortgage related loans affecting mREITS which basicallly hurts the housing market.
