Yes it's a reasonable assumption. Do they give a reason for raising such a large amount of cash?...does it have to do with their expansion plans, or something else?

The important component here - is what is the company saying the $750 million is for? if it's not used for paying down the company debt or Mine expansion- then it get very interesting!
