I really hope so. Let’s say APPL does file the third, then we have to wait on some unknown timeline for the PTAB again? Or did the PTAB say it will evaluate within APPL’s third response within a certain timeframe?

Think it is a good chance Apple fails to try and file anything today. Would be good. One would think all of their argument would be exhausted by now.
