A stock that has been locked for 8 years does not get unlocked unless there is something behind it. They close down the symbol and bury it forever. Look at QBID remember that one the gay and lesbian TV channel gone forever. There are many more that were locked never to return. But all of a sudden SFIO comes out from the shadows for what?
