Been on the end of quite a few reverse splits many of which were not good. MRMD Merger with R/S at 3-1 If your rumor info is correct would be a very nice move forward!

The process also allows for the printing of any graphic, such as a bar code or website address, on each product. These products transport easily and discreetly in purses, pockets, and wallets, and are produced at higher levels of efficiency than the current methods within the cannabis industry.

Assuming he shall reverse the shutdown in a weeks time perhaps we will be back on track to get the SEC approval of the merger between the Agrimed&UNVC side and MRMD by late month? RS rumored to be at 3-1. Since they trade close to four per share it is a winner for us all!
