Yes these situations are almost always structured this way to protect from creditors ; but again; no ties to DCAC , maybe if a 10k comes it will be shown , or it’s all hearsay; and then there’s that nasty R/S , til Viola addresses that then this is dead , nobody taking chances here , no matter how good the dd posts are , the volume it telling
