I was just on Pacer and didn't see that...

Something WILL happen in the next 4 days.

As of October 29th, BLNK obviously had not followed through on some aspect of the settlement... or JNSH would not have filed for an extension!

So we will either find out that BLNK has still not complied, or that they have!

Well, I was right about the extension.
