That lawsuit against Louis Normand was filed early last year, so it will be a few years until they even come close to touching it. The bankruptcy only affected ATG and NTF, not the trust. As of now, Amanda Normand and her siblings are sitting on $20M in assets. And she’s the President of Payless Truckers, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of DCAC. :-)
