OT: "income limitation initiative"?

roni - which one is that? I see the (recycled) eminent domain initiative, the obligatory parental notification, term limits, campaign finance limits, prescription drugs, etc., but can't figure out which one you're referring to. BTW, are either of the dueling campaign finance initiatives likely to pass? And given your mail-in only system, how fruggin' long will you all be waiting for results?

also, what ever happened to initiative #4 (filed early on in this cycle - I believe before year-end 2004) that would have made your state legislative races non-partisan?
