I knew VPLM had no revenues and Emil had an anti-dilution clause when I put money in VPLM

BUT, i doubt anyone expected them to show this LEVEL of greed, which has influences billions of shares to be issued, right?

Did you expect them to pocket more equity than they would invest in the actual company/lawsuits? Did you expect them to constantly hand out blocks to family/friends, allowing them to pocket millions?

Did you expect the CEO to make more than the average Fortune 500 CEO? Did you expect them to fail at getting these patents licensed?

Did you expect this to lose most of its value since .45?

Past claims indicate that none of this was expected and all of these aspects are getting worse.

I HAVE NOT SEEN ONE CLAIM OF SUBSTANCE TO HOW VPLM WOULD EVER GET ANY $.

Read the transcripts. The court knows what a bullshit case this is, they HAD NOT EVEN MADE CLAIMS!

A CLAIM, i.e. a SPECIFIC 'WE have X Patent, we CLAIM your product/service is in violation of that patent specifically via these technical aspects'

The companies named were simply saying 'This is bullshit, and just a lot of noise and hassle, can it go away?'

The courts said 'Unfortunately, no, because we have a due process that has to be followed, and in order to make sure its fair, all cases must be handled regardless of validity. BUT we know this is bullshit, VPLM put your freaking CLAIMS in, and everyone, just PUT IN ONE MOTION to dismiss for efficiency.'

That is what is happening.

VPLM spun all this like they are 'winning' but that is a HUGE load of shit.

They started this bullshit by stating astronomical amounts, by simply adding up the entire sector. Yeah, right what a joke. Then been milking the crap out of it.

The anti dilution clause that is spun as good IS THE CRUX OF THE SCAM
