#34160 RE: WhiteOwl #34158

A long time ago I got taken in a pump and dump where later I found that the CEO was also the CEO of several other companies. I learned a valuable lesson. This is different as TK hasn’t used his Pr firm to pump anything. I hope we see something soon.

As far as being in a private venture by himself? Unless his contract says so, I don’t see why not.

Question
This summer will we know if wddd won?
Assuming no delays.

And at that point could it be appealed again?
Is there not a limit to how long wddd has to wait?

Short answer: Yes.
Many small companies share CEOs as a way of saving costs.
He may have been hired or started this other business.

Until we see something showing ownership by WDDD, I would play it safe and consider it separate.

One of my clients was the CFO for 7 different companies at the same time (all junior minors, all public companies; listed)

Go to LinkedIn, I believe I recently saw an AD there for small companies to share CEOs.
