He needs to get rid of the toxic debt. He bought a company that was making money and he started bleeding them dry with toxic loans.

He needs to stop commuting stock fraud. He had 2 charges both resulting in cease and desist orders where he is no prohibited from doing business in those states.

Stop lying. He staged 2 fake interviews end of 2017 beginning 2018 and said toxic loans would stop, existing promissory notes would run off and that he would implement a stock repurchase program. Then he goes and increases authorized shares to 20 billion. Dumps 3 billion on the market in 2 days which didn’t even budge the share price. Made additional promissory note and never repurchased any shares.
