So, if management lost and investors lost - who made money with DDCC?

The Korean gold buyers? The Central American gold miners?

How did DDCC take the money and run??

First you have to sync with the delinquency. The last 10K issued in 2015 covered 2014.

Claimed in the 10K was that the O/S was 496M in 2014, and 438M in 2013. So one has 58M shares ready to be dumped at the end of 2014.

In the middle of 2015 comes a 10Q claiming 496M in Dec 2014, and 487M in Mar 2015. Another 10Q in Aug claiming the same numbers. Then there is the last 10Q claiming 496M in Dec 2014, and 507M in Sep 2015. Curious isn't it, how the O/S was claimed to have gone down, but the last 10Q was citing the number 496M before it went down. None the less let's add another 11M shares for the insiders. From 2014-Sep 2015, the insiders had 66M shares ready to dump. So how many shares were in the O/S at the end of Oct 2015? How many between Jan-May 2016 (i.e. 1 yr holding period before it was delisted)? Answer: We don't know. It could have doubled, and unless someone contacted a non-muted TA, SHs wouldn't have known the difference.

Now review the number of PR pumps put out in 2016, and early 2017. Scammers don't take the time to issue PR pumps just for the fun of it. They do it, so as to support the PPS while dumping shares. Who buys the shares being dumped? That's right... retail excited by the PR pumps. The scammers didn't just sit there accumulating shares, PR pumping away for nothing.

How did DDCC take the money and run??

See above. They had a minimum of 66M free shares they gave to themselves. A maximum of ... pick a number - how about 500M more to hit the A/S? Where some percent were dumped if issued before Jun 2016.

Regardless, the scammers took the money, and ran. What was left behind were the retail SHs holding paper of no value.
