More bad news - the address listed is 1100- 200 Peachtree Street NE Atlanta, GA 30309...

That is a DaVinci virtual office for $59 per month - as soon as I see a public company with a virtual office - that is a huge red flag for another share selling scheme!

I posted this information months ago - I know more about the Bemax scam than anyone - especially those that just started posting.

There isn't any patents - there isn't a buyback - the diapers aren't being sold on Amazon.com - Bemax was setup as a share selling scheme and duped many investors that believed the hype.

Now the company is ladened with toxic debt - it is a zombie ticker.
