The going concern
No growth
No profit
Huge debt
IMO, now that so much of the debt has been eliminated, the going concern SHOULD be gone end 4th Q....
The tech will help them grow and increase profit margin
In fact, last PR said they got orders for new rugged computers, they can now white label their OWN computers and sell it instead of lower margin ones from others
