Is the FDA open for business with the Trump shutdown. If so could delay things.

Actually they have tried twice, with previous management. They sent data in without even testing on animals or at least no testing data from cats and dogs, which now they have data on a handful of cats and at least one dog and waiting for data on the second dog, should get that information Monday or Tuesday I’m guessing.
