They met the requirement of not being in bankruptcy, trade at the minimum of a penny. Has nothing to do with being honest lol. They are required to furnish audited financials. Are there less scrupulous securites like on the pinks of course, the fact remains the share structure on this company is an abomination, the recent filing to raise capital by issuing a MINIMUM of another 1/2 a Billion shares and most likely more to satisfy the $10 million in financing they are shooting for is a disaster for shareholders IMO, pretty much locks this stocks upside at .02, and why is Steinberg continuing to dump shares on top of that ? Look I am not bashing I trade this , the fundamentals regardless if you are bullish or bearish suck there is no question on that. As far as passage of the farm bill , I believe all the points I have made reflect why the stock is still trading where it is.
