The California phone number isn't active - the company phone number has been disconnected - the Chinese made diapers aren't being sold on Amazon.com.

In the Q4 the Bemax revenue was ZERO.

The OTCM has Bemax listed as No Current information...

The list goes on that proves Bemax is a empty shell.
