Wrong There is 2 types of CBD oil, Hemp & marijuana. Hemp CBD oil has almost no THC in it and is completely legal in all 50 states & is treated like any other legal product. Marijuana CBD oil has 30% THC & can get you high. That has restrictions, 46 states allow it some for recreational or medicinal use but have different restrictions as to percentage of THC in it.
