1.2B Float, old management (Jeffrey Canouse) out and new management in per 11/7/18 8K. Two (2) energy storage projects (deals) pending and can be PR'd any time (per same 8K). Company went current Friday 1/4/19. Scott Straka, VP of Hitachi (yes THE Hitachi) is on board w/ the project(s) and signed the contract. No dilution possible until 6/30/19 per amendments w/ noteholders under the 2/15/18 8K. Company is in talks w/ purchasers to buy 40% of the first energy storage project and the word is those monies will be used to pay off $5M in debt. 12/20/18 PR.
