We spinoff nouv from pura. If they dont pay we take the company back.

Correct me if am wrong but for that to make sense the nouv share price will have to be

0.00002675. Lol since.

1.2 mill ÷ 0.00002675 = 44.8 bill


Just trying to understand in think nouv will loose big time if that's the case and maybe that's the reason of the delay. Just my opinion
