Do your homework and stop relying on other people, that's how you invest, otherwise you're investing in them and not the actual company you're invested in. Do your homework and don't be listening to some tw at that has a name "BAr..." that goes around preaching her/his lawyer license and claims to know outcomes. DO YOUR OWN DD you won't need anyone elses "opinions" you can make your own judgement, we're all grown ups and don't need mommy and daddy to tell you yes or no.

Im confident they will. If they were not going to survive and Lamperts shares worthless then they would not have accepted him giving his shares back as collateral. I would think thats obvious but some people seem to be missing that. They were obviously given value along with cash toward his good faith payment for his bid
