The quarterly filing (with no information) was the last shareholder update. In that filing, Kim still claims he's in the Urban Mining business. He has to put SOMETHING in that space, so he went the the old lie.

New Generation is looking for acquisitions in “Urban Mining” and asset based acquisitions of mineral property rights and
Joint Ventures with established mining companies.

Kim has been MIA for years now. There are no company links. He has abandoned the company. Even the website is dead:

Can anyone name one single legit company that publishes a quarterly report that doesn't have any financial information? No income statement, no balance sheet, nothing?

Of course not. How can anyone defend Kim and hold him up as the shareholders' friend?
