The question becomes how much money did SIAF raise from the Iliad Convertible Note and what will the proceeds be used for. Are they extracting FD out, is it operations, is it to repay Garrett, operations?, I gather shareholders will be in last place as always.

I don't know about this one. Perhaps the conversion price is 0.55 like all the other share issuances the past year. Which could also mean that they will want to settle it in cash. Similar to the ECAB note - they never received any shares either.
