Owner, before he died, agreed to closure, but then it went to ESTATE and now pending transfer completion

RETC has had a hard time trying to break the 50 moving average since I have been here, almost did it at .013 now only 2 ticks away from hod.

I think the best chance to break that and get to .003 now is early next week, although I have seen many late Friday closes surprise everyone.
