Well Jeff, you are the one of the most knowledgeable person with a full understanding of the company from the day one.....but I would add NOW. On top of bull flag formation, we are coming off from 0.50s, beginning of the year, still in much low 0.60s, signs of britten down small bio stocks recovering last two days, and potentially a big year for the company.

However, you are dealing with a overly (?) Optimistic guy here.

I actually added more at 0.64 on 31 December. I realized it may go down more but expected better odds for move up. I also didn't wanted missing a potential big day that I am expecting in any day now.
