its not retail that shorts all these penny stocks its market makers who don't follow the same rules you and I have to..

Arent market makers presumed to be the professionals? Why would they be shorting Elite as massively as Ive read some suggest? Would it be because they feel Elite is on the verge of great success or thats its just another POS penny stock with a BS story to tell??
