Where did everyone get this 80 to 1?????

If no reverse split, they issue preferred

It's 1.2 million dollars. That is the amount of dividend. Dividend equals 1.2 cents

He's saying 80 shares nouv for each pura. But it will be preferred stock, as stated in press release. Maybe 1 preferred share for each pura. Which can later be converted into common, maybe 80 shares per preferred share. Who knows. And pointless.

All you gotta remember it is 1.2 million dollars. That's the size of the dividend. Do the math. If there are 500 million pura, EACH SHARE OF PURA gets .0024 cents.

1.2 million dollars divided by the number of outstanding pura shares is the value of your dividend per pura share.

The 1.2 million dollars is the size of the note nouv gave pura for the sale of assets to nouv

It's pointless to discuss how many shares nouv for how many shares pura. That can only be determined when the darn dividend is actually finished because it will be based on the value of a nouv share at that point in time in the future, not at current nouv value

1.2 million dollars is the total value of the dividend

Geez, I'm gonna freaking have a heart attack watching the peeos here debate about how many shares. We don't know! We wont know until when these bozos make the payout. The actual # shares is pointless

Gimme my dividend!
