If enough shareholders call this guy with their concerns, you can get the new company information. Be polite & professional. There should be something happening soon after 4 months of stalemate. Minimar has said nothing except that they acted as a selling agent. New company owner or group needs a kick in the @$$ to explain why occasional loading-unloading of trades list to OTC markets for no apparent reason.
