Thx for asking..:)..Budlife is an MJ product in development designed to extend MJ freshness by a previous privately held company Plantation Corp..Significant potential if product lives up to hype..SGMD has signed a marketing agreement to sell the first Budlife mason jar style product in three states..

The private company did an S-1 offering to raise money to go public and bring Budlife to market..Plantation Corp is doing the paperwork to go public, and will file at some point to get a stock symbol, similar to SGMD..Plantation Corp will then trade publicly and you can buy/sell those shares...The benefit to SGMD is if product a hit, then SGMD could earn big revenues from selling product online..Jury still out on Budlife..could be a hero or zero, but Plantation Corp has apparently raised millions in their S-1 offering..gl
