I got comcast recently. the website said that if I needed a tech, it would be 90 bux. but I could try to self install and the tech at the comcast place gave me the kit.
well, I was unable to get the 4 year old connection to boot, but before I could call for a tech, I get a call from "unknown"
the "tech" mispronounced my name and claimed I had a tech scheduled to visit at 35.95
What? I say, I've called no tech. I don't need a tech (I lied)
