I have not read the entire filing, but looks to be a $1.5MM Loan @ 10% interest with a convertible feature.

A very small raise. Reason? Close to a deal? Dr. NP did say they are in talks with BP but could not tell more because of NDA’s. Didn’t he?

The 1.5M Warrants at $0.30 strike do disappoint, the 3M 10% notes @ $0.50/sh initial conversion are of usual high interest – not new.

Yeah, the usual - but the extreme low Warrant strike :-/
