by the way here are the FACTS:

1. Low budget film "All that I Need" (ATIN) paid and ready with marginal revenues in future.

2. Romantic thriller "Say it in Russian" (SIIR) paid with 2,700,000 USD is ready to sell in 12/2006! Possible 6-12M USD revenue in 2007.

3. Family film "Whiskers" financed through Muller (more than 50% IPEI). Possible 50M USD revenue in 2008.

4. Fighting MMA film "Never Submit" (NS) to be financed at now 3,000,000 USD with 3x possible diluting existing shareholders (*restricted shares, not issued to market for at least 1y). Possible XXM USD revenue in 2008.

5. 4M shares outstanding at 11/07/06, current MC=560.000 USD!!!
