Don’t be concerned about a reverse stock split or dilution since I know that Ken is vehemently opposed to both. In fact, it is stated on the website that we have the option to buy back about 10% of the O/S which I believe we will do when we have the cash next year.
I got screwed twice on r/s! ..and then the price dropped more! Brutal! Yes, I currently don't own any IDCN, just noticed it the other day, but not sure what this Ken Ash has in mind for the future share structure_
